Run Scheduler:

As the club has grown so the run scheduling role has become more complex.
There are now 11 leaders required every week to cover sessions on 4 different days of the week (not to mention Christmas training schedules!). It’s the scheduler  who helps ensure each run session has a leader.

Role Involves:

• Scheduling all run sessions:
  • Liaise with run leaders (via email and at Run Leaders Meetings) to create the schedule
  • Provide weekly reminders to run leaders about who’s leading
• Add schedule information onto Facebook
• Monitor changes/swaps to try to ensure the schedule remains covered.
• Coordinate 12 Days of Christmas schedule
