Whether out running or just out at the shops, carrying ICE and relevant health data is a key way we can help First Aiders (including our Run Leaders or Coaches ) and the emergency services in the rare event of a medical incident.
ICE data allows nominated people to be phoned in the event of a serious incident, and your health data may help Emergency Services deal with your specific medical needs much faster.
There are many ways ICE and Health data can be kept with you so it’s available if ever needed. Lymm Runners asks ALL runners to wear a visible ICE band or tag. In addition, we recommend utilising as many ways as possible to ensure this information is always available.
