As a club, we have a great team of Level 2 CIRF Running Coaches, licensed to coach by England Athletics (EA).

Role Involves:
- Planning and overseeing coach and run leader training/development.
- Leading coaching programme/training sessions.
- Leading on run equipment and facilities.
- Maintain knowledge of current coaching rules, regulations and requirements.
- As far as practicable, ensure that coaching is within a safe environment, as per UKA/EA guidelines.
- Bringing in external coaches/resources.
