Description
Walton park is in north Liverpool, just above Anfield. The course is around well maintained sport fields with little in the way of mud or inclines. This race is a very gentle introduction to cross country.
The race is based at Walton Park sport center, Liverpool L4 9XP.

How to get there
Either from the M57 or M62:
- From M57 exit at J4 and follow for A580 (East Lancs Road).
- Follow for a couple of miles and the sports center is on the right hand side just after going under an iron railway bridge.
OR: From M62 continue until end and take A5058. Follow for a few miles and taking a right turn into Walton Hall Avenue (A580) and the sports center will be on left.

Plenty of parking at Walton Sports Center, Walton Hall Avenue, Liverpool, Merseyside, L4 9XP.
Amenities
There are toilets and changing/showering facilities at the sports center.
