Celebrating Inspiring Women in Coaching
Run Leader, Caroline. Carrier of the baton for 2025
Established in 2017 by Active Cheshire. The award aims to recognize some of the amazing women who work extremely hard every day to support others to become more active. The award takes the form of a relay baton, and each year the baton is handed over to a new recipient.
This particular baton relay is maintained by Lymm Runners and we would love to keep it going for ten years. Baton holders (to date) are as follows:

Award Nominations
The award is made each year to the female run leader, coach, support runner or amazing club member who inspires others to get up, get out and get active.
The handover of the Pass On Your Passion baton usually takes place in December. With the baton handover there is no grand ceremony, but we do like to engineer an element of surprise for new recipients!
