Membership Payment
Many thanks for submitting your form online. It has been forwarded to the Membership Secretary who will send your Welcome email and England Athletics (EA) Race Licence details (if requested), you will also receive an EA Welcome Pack from them direct. If you have registered for the Beginners course you will receive additional information from our Beginners Leads.
To complete your membership payment we ask members to set up a direct debit payment scheme with our partners GoCardless. Each member MUST have their own Direct Debit mandate. We will not be able to accept memberships for multiple family members on one Direct Debit mandate.
GoCardLess is one of the biggest online platforms for recurring payments. It is ISO certified, GDPR compliant and authorized by the FCA. The benefit of using GoCardless is a simple setup and hassle free payments. There is a small fee for using GoCardless and this is included in the totals shown below.
Using direct debits makes life simpler for our club officers (all of whom are volunteers) and in the long run for you too.
Your first direct debit payment will be taken as soon as we receive the application form and direct debit mandate. For membership renewals, Lymm Runners will email you about a month before any payment is taken from your account as a reminder.
If you do not wish to set up a direct debit then please contact the Lymm Runners Membership Secretary for advice.
You can cancel the direct debit at any time.
Joining Us for the Beginners Course
If you are joining us in the lead-up to New Year and the Beginners Course, your first direct debit payment will be taken on the 1st January. If you sign up after that, the payment will be taken as soon as we receive the application form and direct debit mandate.
