It has been a very pleasant change being located up at Lymm Rugby Club for the Thursday night run sessions. It has given us addition route options and the opportunity to stay for a drink and socialise afterwards.
We have decided to move back to Lymm Leisure Centre at the high school from 15 October as the it gives us safer and better options of running in the dark. We will continue to use the Rugby Club for social occasions such as the lectures and AGM.
Just a reminder that ALL evening sessions will need you to have a head/chest torch and preferably reflective or bright running kit. Moving as a group makes us very conspicuous around the village but we do need to ensure that other road users can see us.
