Just a few reminders
1. Next committee meeting is next Thursday 8th July after training in The Spread. Everyone welcome along, its really important to have the committee and general members present to offer opinions and ideas.

2. This Thursday is a speed session at the track at the High School. Will do some print-outs for different abilities. Meet at the Library as usual and we will jog up as our warm-up.
