I have put the route up for tomorrow’s SLR. Slightly longer than normal, 10.4m, but all you longer runners can cope with this one. It is one of the best routes in the area and one that we have tried to arrange for a while now. Very scenic using paths, tracks and back lanes.
You will need a drink of sorts in this warm weather.
