Some of you will know that Jeff is leaving us for pastures new back home to the States this Week. He is coming to the end of the run on Tuesday to say goodbye so if you can, try and be there so we can give him a send off. Jeff was at the very first Lymm Runners session and has been a regular ever since.
Also this Tuesday sees the start of our “Beginner’s” session, ideal for anyone wanting to take-up running and for our existing members who prefer a slower paced session. Julie will alter the session to suit the group each week. Let people know about it and lets help and encourage people to take up running.
