Description
The Croxteth Park course is in parkland on the over side of the road to Croxteth Hall. The course is a mixture of grass and woodland running. It is flat and there are a few muddy and boggy bits, but in general it is a gentle introduction to Cross Country running.
Trail shoes or spikes are best, though road shoes are possible in dry conditions.
