High Legh 10K

The High Legh 10K

The race is organised jointly by Lymm Runners and the Community Association in High Legh, and together we achieve a really great local event.

This small, friendly 10K race – originally listed as The Robert Moffat Memorial Race – consistently gets great reviews for its warm community welcome and excellent organisation.

The High Legh 10K site provides complete information about the race; its route, organisation, history, results, contacts – and there are loads of fantastic pictures from previous years.

The event has a closed Facebook group where contributors can share info, experience and enthusiasm!

Photographs from previous events are available for free download for non-commercial use from our gallery.

Training for the Event

Lymm Runners offer plenty of training opportunities to support runners of all abilities wanting to take part in the High Legh 10K.

In addition to the strength and speedwork session on a Tuesday evening at Victoria Park track, the slower, longer runs on a Sunday morning, and the general club road runs on Thursday evening, we also organise HL10K-specific training!
