Our annual meeting is about reporting what the club has achieved over the past 12 months, and setting some goals for the year ahead.
The club continues to grow and develop. It remains run by a volunteer committee made up from its membership. We really do need your input!
Venue: Upstairs meeting room, Spreadeagle, Lymm
Date: Wednesday March 7th 2018
Time: 7.30 for 7.45
Format: Formal club business should last no more than 1 hour – and won’t be too formal anyway.
After that, there be free bad carb-loading (chips!) and a chance to be sociable 🙂

Club Officials Vacancies
We have a number of roles becoming vacant this year:
- Membership – nomination received
This role is vital to the club. The ace person who keeps track of us all is our membership secretary. They maintain the database of members, provide key information to UKA and provide an essential administrative function that keeps our thriving club together.
- Race Administrator(s)
The Race Administrator is the brilliant person who does magic to set up the race entry system (we tend to use Nifty Entries currently) for our running events. The Race Administrator monitors entries, fields enquiries, and prepares the start list and oversees race numbers for entrants. Everyone knows that running events cannot happen without runners – but they cannot happen without Race Administrators either!
Full training and support will be provided.
- Club Kit Coordinator – nomination received
We have recently established a preferred supplier for printing our club kit. They have created an online ordering system and handle all aspects of kit supply. But we need someone to liaise with them, identify new items to add to the listing, agree print designs and generally help develop this area.
This is YOUR club and we hope you can support its annual meeting.
Please confirm whether or not you can attend – either by replying to an email that you will have received, or via the Facebook event invitation (this is so we can get chips and seating arranged accordingly!).
