Our Summer League runs from 1st April to 30th September 2013.

Rules:
1. Only club members can participate and Club Champions must be First Claim to LR.
2. Two age group categories for Male & Female partipants. Senior 18-39 & Vets 40+
3. It is designed to encourage participation in racing & training and even to volunteer/marshall at a race.
4. Maximum score is 100 per race. Scores are calculated by dividing your category winning time by your time in minutes (after being rounded up/down) X 100.
5. The list of races is a combination of local 5k, 10k, etc races organised by our neighbouring Clubs. Other scoring races are “ANY” marathon, half-marathon, ultra & a fell race to encourage you to have a go at new distances and disciplines.
6. All participants can elect which “ANY” race is to be used against your own score. You may alter the race in which you have already scored if you have improved your points against that distance.
7. It is your responsibility to send your race results to the Club Champs scorer (Janet Stanhope) with a weblink to note the winning time. Send this to results@lymmrunners.org.uk and Janet will update the spreadsheet.
7. Final scores are calculated by adding together your best 10 scoring races.
