Lymm Runners seem to have had a cracking day all round today.

Stormin Norman has taken a podium spot at Blackpool Marathon by taking 3rd in 2:48. Lee was not too far behind him with another superb PB in 3:14.

Jenny was at the Trafford 10k were she also PB’ed in 50:06, another splendid effort.

The SLR this morning was a really nice and varied off-road, trail and road route of just about 10miles. A perfect day for running, hopefully spring has finally sprung.
