Sorry I couldn’t make it this morning – hope this second practise run went as well as the first one did.

Only 2 weeks to go now!

I wore the Lymm Runners vest at the Southport Mad Dog 10k this morning. I ran this race  last year just a few weeks after joining Lymm Runners. Pleased to report that all of the Tuesday, Thursday and occasional Sunday morning training sessions in the year since then seem to have paid off – my time today was 46 mins 53 secs – almost 5 minutes quicker than last year! It’s amazing what running with you lot can do to a man!
