Lymm Runners are hosting the second Run the Route on the High Legh 10k course this Sunday starting from the Primary School on Wrenshot Lane at 9am on Sunday.

We had a great turnout a couple of weeks ago (see picture below) so we are hoping for the same this time around. Keep your fingers crossed for some kind weather.

Meet for 8.50/55am for a 9am start. Dress for the weather. We will split into a couple of groups according to pace so everyone can enjoy a training session close to their general fitness level.
